Matthew Bellamy, the lead guitarist in the rock band Muse, Manson Guitar Works and global manufacturer Cort are pleased to announce the launch of an all new signature guitar called the MBM-1.
The MBM-1 forms the launch guitar of the Meta Series range, which seeks to introduce Manson’s renowned quality and design at an affordable price point whilst retaining the shape, features and details that feature on the company’s headline products.
Two colours are offered at launch, the popular Satin Black and a new Starlight Silver. Both incorporate a sleek maple neck with a new satin finish for the ultimate played-in feel, a solid basswood body, special Manson designed bridge humbucker and new humbucker neck pickup reflecting the layout of several of Bellamy’s stage and studio custom instruments. The kill button allows a wide range of guitar effects to be created by the player without resorting to outboard effects. The headstock design features Bellamy’s distinctive signature together with the Manson logo. With a UK retail of £569.00 (€649 $899) the guitar will offer incredible value for money for all guitar players seeking a quality and unique shaped instrument.
